CONSTRUCTION
With long experience of working with Construction Admixture companies, we have for 30 years successfully provided our long term customers with high quality Sodium and Calcium superplasticisers and naphthalene and acrylic based iron oxide and carbon pigment dispersants for coating and concrete set manufacture, mainly under our JASPREX range name. We provide proven defoamers and are excited to be launching our interactive service utilising Polycarboxylate Ether complexes PCE liquids for ULTRA plasticising of cementitious systems. These allow controllable concrete pump transfer,  workability and open times especially good for self- levelling flooring and high rise applications. The low water cement ratios achievable also provides long concrete structure lifetimes, low conductivity and protection against salts from ground water or spray.

 

INSULATION
We provide specialist acid products including bespoke blends for Foamed Resol Insulation Foams with high fire retardation performance. Supplied under the Jasprex branding, included are Toluene, Xylene and Phenolic products, used for catalysing high speed Resol foam production. Foaming agents are also available.

 

LATEX DISPERSION
Product features include balanced molecular weight distribution to achieve the highest level of dispersion of particles and minimum foam production. Jasprex K powders have rapid solubility, without any water insoluble content for best stability/ quality performance within the latex dispersion.

JASPREX foam control agents have also been proven over 10 years to successfully give customers excellent control of process throughputs and maintenance of latex quality.

 

TEXTILE AUXILIARY PRODUCTS
Based on years of acid dyeing experience, we provide a range of phenol based dye levelling and dye fixing agents for acid and neutral nylon and nylon/ wool blends.

We also supply high performance dye dispersant powders and liquids, for stable and even dye dispersion within the all pH dyeing systems. These include both Naphthalene condensate and Acrylic polymer products for inorganic/organic water dispersible pigments.

BENNETT also has a range of defoamers to allow maximum performance of the dye process.

 

OILFIELD CEMENTING
JASPREX has been used by a large number of the global well drilling companies as the most reliable and flexible superplasticising cementing mud dispersant. The long term in=situ temperature and pressure stability of JASPREX Sodium Naphthalene condensate powders and liquids have proven over 20 years to be the industry standard.

We are globally well positioned logistically to support the oil industry and have a range of acrylic polymer products to provide thickening or dispersing effects.
